Der grösste Unterschied liegt darin, wo die zweite Gärung stattfindet. Im Drucktank geht sie schnell und hält die Frucht; in der Flasche dauert sie Monate bis Jahre und bringt Hefenoten mit, die man als Brioche oder Gebäck beschreibt. Beides ist sauberes Handwerk, und beides kostet sehr unterschiedlich viel.
Dazu kommen die Süssegrade, die niemand intuitiv errät: „Brut“ ist trockener als „Extra Dry“, und „Brut Nature“ kommt ohne zugesetzten Zucker aus. Die Artikel hier räumen das auf.
