Von der ersten Flasche bis zum richtigen Glas: Weinwissen, das im Alltag hilft.
Die meisten Weinfragen im Alltag sind praktisch, nicht philosophisch: Bei welcher Temperatur serviere ich das? Hält die offene Flasche bis morgen? Und was heisst „trocken“ eigentlich genau?
Hier stehen die Antworten darauf. Trocken zum Beispiel ist keine Geschmacksbeschreibung, sondern eine Zahl — bis vier Gramm Restzucker je Liter, und bis neun Gramm, wenn die Säure entsprechend hoch ist. Solche Festlegungen erklären mehr als jede Blumensprache, weil man sie nachprüfen kann.
Die Artikel bauen nicht aufeinander auf. Man kann bei der Temperatur anfangen, beim Glas oder beim Etikett — je nachdem, welche Flasche gerade offen ist.
